    Report to show all tickets older than 7 days

    Hi Guys

    Can you please advise how we go about generating a report that shows all tickets that have been open for longer than 7 days.

    I feel what we are looking for is an option for "Is Not" the last 7 days in the report filter, however, this doesn't appear to exist. All of the other options, other than "Is", require a specific date to be entered, which will not work when scheduling the report.

    also to note, is i would like to add an extra filter option for ticket type (being project), that is excluded from the report. This also doesn't appear to be an option when scheduling a ticket (but is an option when manually generating)

      Thank you for asking.

      While generating the report, you should be able to apply the filter for the Ticket Open Date with the condition 'Less than..." <specific date> and by Ticket Type, though Scheduled Reports use predefined filtering criteria that does not support such an option. We may be able to create a custom criteria for you that will be used for scheduling Tickets report. Please email us the exact details/filter you are after and we will check whether this can be added for Scheduled Reports.
