is it possible to have tickets be assigned to different contracts for the same account, based on the domain of the email address sending in the tickets?
eg. Company A has 2 external domains, domain 1 and domain 2, and two contracts of support hours, named by the external domains. If email@domain1 sends a support ticket, I would like that to be associated with the Contract for domain 1, and if email@domain2 sends in a support ticket, I would like that to be associated with the Contract for domain 2.
