Adding Charges via web portal

Can someone please explain to me how to add charges to a ticket or account via the web interface?

Sure, you can add a charge from the ticket window, from the account window, etc. For example, go to the ticket window, scroll down to the Charges area, and click links for new charges.

As you may know, in our coming release (version 4.4), the web interface will be enhanced. This includes easy access to adding any entity from any page using a pull-down menu. You will also have easy access to recently used items from anywhere.
