Hello,
We really need the ability to have multiple inbound / outbound emails in ranger. Ideally the ability to have new tickets opened and flagged (support, finance, info) and whatnot and potentially have custom auto responses for each - maybe even custom ticket statuses or the ability to add more?
This would be super helpful.
