Starting with version 4.4 you can print your tasks and appointment within the technician service form report. A new Technician Service Form report format has been added called 'Technician Service Form4' which now includes the Pending section which displays Tasks and Appointments for the Ticket (in addition to all the usual information found on these forms).
You can now print out all service forms for Tickets that have appointments/tasks for a given day, and see the scheduled appointments on the service form itself. To do this, go to the Reports > Tickets window, select Technician Service Form4 > Generate.
In the report generation window, click 'Filter According to Appointments', enter the date range and the employee. This will print out service forms for tickets which have scheduled appointments in the given date range for the selected employee. You will then be able to view the appointment details in the service form itself.
As usual, you can copy this report, and customize it to adjust it to your own needs.
