    Hi,

    Is there a customer feedback in the ticket via web interface?
    say when the ticket has been completed, we would like the customer to add in their feedback, was it good, rating (1-5) stars, and add some comments. That way it will help us to know more about our level of service.

    Hi asmbit,

    Customers can add history notes to tickets, so when the ticket is already closed, you can asl them to add a history note and provide their feedback, rating, comments, etc.
