would be really handy if we could have "open ticket" as an option with a right click on a charge...

Thanks ray, actually you can already open the ticket from the charge window, by right-clicking the ticket field, and selecting "Show Ticket". This will open the ticket details window.

there is no "show ticket" if you right click the charge... if there was, I wouldn't have posted the suggestion to add it. There is a "Show..." but it doesn't seem to do anything (selecting it does not open anything... maybe a bug?)

Hi ray,

yes, the "Show Ticket" is available only from the charge details window which displays the details of a single charge. The "Show" option from the list should open the charge details windows (same as double-clicking the charge), we'll have a look at this.

In any case, providing a "Show Ticket" option directly from the list is a good feedback. Thanks.
