    reset admin password --

    just checking... if by chance all the passwords for the admin accounts are lost, is there a way to get back into the system? haven't done this yet but want to know just in case... thanks

    In case you lose or forget all of your passwords, we may be able to help by resetting the admin password in our labs, which may involve some data files exchange and activation.
