I have a ticket opened that happens to have a number of tasks assigned to it. Is there a way to print the ticket and include the tasks assigned to it? Should this be a custom report?

Hi,
yes, you can use several ticket reports which display the pending tasks and appointments.
For example, you can use 'Expanded Ticket Details' which displays all of the ticket details, together with the pending activity and the history activity.
Another option is using 'Technician Service Form4', which is designed as a service form, and contains many of the ticket details, together with the pending tasks and appointments.
You can print these forms directly from the ticket window, by clicking the Print or Print Preview icons on the tool bar.
