As the new year is about to start you may need to start a new financial year in your accounting books as well.
RangerMSP users who use the RangerMSP-QuickBooks link should be aware of the following in order to save time and keep all links between the two systems (i.e. keep the sync between RangerMSP's customers and QuickBooks' customers, RangerMSP's Items and QuickBooks' Items etc.).
The preferable way to do this is to close your books at year-end, but keep the same QuickBooks company file.
This way all of the links between your RangerMSP system and QuickBooks are kept. This also prevents you from a time consuming process of linking all your QuickBooks Customers, Vendors and Items with their corresponding records in RangerMSP (this will be required when you start to use a completely new company file with QuickBooks).
