Error Synching Appointments

We use Exchange and have properly setup the link between CommitCRM and Outlook. Sometimes when i sync other users data, i get the following error:

Error Synching Appointments
V4.4.0.2-1.1.4400.0

It's about 50/50... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Any idea as to why this is?

jvmatero, I'm not sure what may cause the error, as the text in the message provides only general information. I'm also not familiar with such behavior, since usually once the initial setup is done the sync works well, so it's hard to suggest a solution.

We will need to look further into this specifically in your environment. Please send us your log files directly from the application's Help > Technical Support menu. I believe this will provide us with more concrete information in order for us to be able to help more.
