Dispatcher / Ticket Sort Order

On the Dispatcher window i want to save the default sort order and focus. I'd like the most recent ticket at the top by default. This is 3 button clicks. This would save our staff each about 83 minutes per year.

Thank you for your question.

You can actually save the default sort order and focus in the Dispatcher's tickets list just like you want. What you should do is sort the list as you wish, so the most recent ticket is at the top, and then save the current windows configuration.

To do this, go to Windows > Save Current open Windows Configuration for Next Login.
This will save the current open windows, together with the dispatcher's sorting order and the filtered list of displayed employees (if you filter this).

This will help you save these clicks each time you login :-)
