    Customized tickets and technician form

    Hi, Can i customise the tickets to what ever i want it to be? E.g rather than 5001-0001 to m123456 or something like this? It should be a running number.

    I also need to customise the technician form to relect as "Service Form" rather than "technician form1"

    Can CommitCRM do this?

    Hi Rohizam,

    Thank you for your questions.

    1) The "0500" portion of the Ticket number is currently fixed. The other portion is an auto incrementing number keeping the entire Ticket number unique. We can help you with changing the XXX part (in "0500-XXX") to start with another number.

    2) What you can do is copy the technician service form report to your customized reports, and give it the name Service Form. You will then be able to select this report when printing from the ticket window. You can also change the report title when designing it. To learn how to customize reports use these links:
