Can i restrict certain groups to access the opportunity function?

Thank you for your question.

Yes, you can restrict users from accessing other user's opportunities. This way they will still be able to create opportunities for their own usage, but they will not have access to opportunities created by other employees.

To use this restriction, go to the Privileges window (from File > Users & Privileges > Privileges), select the relevant privileges group and remove the selection from the "Other Employees' Opportunities" option. The users should then restart RangerMSP in order for this new privilege to take effect. Click here for more details on using privileges in RangerMSP.
