    Appointment Colors?

    Hi,
    In my previous CRM, we employed color coding to help prioritize and categorize appointments I know it can be selected manually, but is there some way to specify activities with certain clients, or activity types (maybe keywords in the appt.) could automatically trigger a color?

    Hi Scott, interesting suggestion. I know that different users utilize appointment colors for different purposes, and this makes it difficult to provide a general solution for everyone - some use colors to distinguish between employees, some use it to reflect the priority/importance of a scheduled appointments, others to separate the type of work to be done (technical/training/meeting...), etc... Your suggestion sounds like a nice approach to this and I logged it to be further considered.
