In RangerMSP's Knowledge Base articles, each article contains a Title, Problem and Solution. When editing the Problem and Solution fields, you can easily add Web links to the text, simply by writing the Web address (URL) in the text itself.
For example, when editing the solution you may wish to add a link to a solution described on the Web, such as
"... for more details about why SBS 2003 server does not appear in the browse list in My Network Places computer go to here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827603/en-us"
Adding this URL in the solution will have the URL linkable when viewing the article via the RangerMSP application and via the Web Interface.
Enjoy!
