    Tip: How to see who created a ticket?

    When using the RangerMSP Web Interface for Customers you can create as many Web users as you want for each of your customers. Your customers can then use these users to sign into your Customers Web portal.

    Each of these users can create a ticket, and you would usually like to know who specifically created the ticket.

    To see which Web user has created the ticket, open the ticket window in the client application, and go to the Notes tab. at the bottom part of the tab you can see who created the ticket, and when. See the linked image below:



    BTW, when employees create tickets via the Web Interface, you will also see this information here.

    When using the Web Interface, this information is available via the main Ticket details page, when viewing the System information section.
