Can you tell me if recurring tickets is going to be supported anytime in the near future? For those of us who provide managed services, it would be extremely nice to be able to mark certain maintenance tasks as "recurring," assign them a time or product charge, and then have it show up every month on the client's contract.
Any thoughts? ...Or am I missing a key feature that would allow me to do something like this?
