Increase of assets

Hi,

Is there a way i can increase the assets quantity automatically when i create a ticket using some items.

E.G a technician is building a DIY computer using several parts to build a complete set.
Computer = asset , parts = items used.

Currently i create a new ticket, select the same asset, then charge the items i used.
The charge items will be deducted maybe via quickbooks but as for the assets it did not increase the quantity.

Hi Rohizam,

The Assets in RangerMSP allow you to manage equipment which is located at the customer's site. Having the items effect the asset quantity is an interesting idea, however, this is not part of the asset management at the moment. This is more close to inventory management, which as you mentioned, is managed via QuickBooks.
