My problem here is when i create a new field in a new tab that i created at tickets window, the new field is not seen at the column? Can u advise me regarding to this tab,field column customization.

Hi hellfrix,
adding new tabs and fields allows you to add any field you wish in the tabs, however, these fields cannot be added as columns in the ticket list.
In case you wish to see this in the ticket list, you may consider customizing one of the existing ticket fields and change it for your own needs. For example, if you are currently not using the ticket's "Cause" or "Category" fields, you can rename these fields (double-click the field name in order to rename), and use them for something else. These fields are displayed as columns in the ticket list, so they will be available for you from the list.
