Hi,

Anyway to get a better respond? The software seems slow when trying to print "accessing data" and trying to display report preview.

FYI i install the CommitCRM on windows 2003 server and i only have 4-7 user used it at any one time. The server do not have many program because its just a file server. Of course the hardware of the server is of a higher end category.

Hi Rohizam,

Depending on the amount of data you have, the search criteria you set for the report and the complicity of the report (i.e. what it needs to do in order to display the data) it may takes some time to prepare the report (though not more than a few seconds in normal situations, or a longer in complex situation).

Anyway, you can always consider using SQL Database. Your system becomes more robust and performance increases, though this is usually required for larger networks.
