Hi,

keeping Skype names per contact can be done in various ways. You can use one of the Account's fields, such as Field1, Field2, etc. in order to keep the main Skype for this company. You can also use the second email address (Email 2 in the Account's Details tab) for the Skype name (if it's not being used already for keeping an additional email address) - you can rename this field (right-click the field name and go to Field Settings to rename it), to reflect its new usage.

As for secondary contacts, you can also use one of the predefined fields (such as Fax or Code) and rename them to reflect the new usage. You can also keep it in the contact's Notes field.
