    Secondary Contacts Appearing in Accounts in Web Interface

    When you create a new ticket in the CommitCRM client you select the account and then the contact. However, in the Web Interface, when you go to select the 'Account' all account and secondary contacts appear in the list.

    I was just wondering if there was a way to make the Web Interface behave like the standard client and only display the primary account contacts under 'Accounts' and then list all relevant secondary contacts for that account under the 'Contacts' drop down list.

    Hi Lee,

    The Web Interface is designed to make the selection process quicker - when selecting an account from the new ticket window, the list shows all of the accounts to make it easy to track by the person name and you can also search by name. Once you select a main account, the secondary list will show only names linked to this accounts. The nice part is that in case you select a secondary contact as the account, it will automatically select the main account and put the secondary contact in the contact field. This actually saves some clicks :-)
