Good R/T Windows Event Log Monitoring and Alerting Program?

Hi folks!

Any recommendations for a good free/low-cost program to monitor windows event logs on servers/networks at customer sites and send email alerts to our alerts@ email address, for parsing then by Commit's Email Connector, when defined events occur?

We see that EventSentry has a free light version: http://www.eventsentry.com/eventsent...l-vs-light.php or otherwise full version is USD85. Anyone used either version?
