when creating an Appointment in the Calendar/dispatcher, it can contain the Account and Ticket information in the Appointment description.
Starting with version 5.0, the account information includes the main account address details as well as any secondary contact information and address (if it has a different address than the main account). The secondary contact address details appear within the Appointment description itself.
This is great when working with accounts that have several offices/branches in different locations. You can link the ticket to the relevant secondary contact (i.e. location), and when you dispatch the ticket, the contact's address and phone number will be available in the appointment description, together with the main account details.
you can then synchronize the appointment with Outlook, and you have all the information you need in order to get to this appointment, directly within the appointment description in Outlook or on your PDA, without even accessing the system for more details. Very useful!
