Can I Increase CommitCRM Polling Time?

We have noticed that it takes CommitCRM an average of 5-8 minutes to show any changes made and saved. Would it be possible to increase CommitCRM Polling Time so that it checks for any new changes at a quicker interval thus updates take affect sooner? Is this possible to accomplish?

Each database insert/update is performed immediately.

Try clicking the 'Refresh' button (located on the top right of each window) to see the updates - you should see all updates including ones that were just performed (even a second ago).
