Change File Path

Hi, I got a question regarding changing file path name.
We made changes to our server's computer name, so now we encounter errors with all the files that were previously put in.
Is there an easier way to change all the file path in CRM?

Hi Lilian,

Yes, we can provide you with a utility which changes the path for documents in the system. The path to document files is saved in each RangerMSP document record and when you change the physical path you need to update this in the database - please contact us directly and we will send you the utility with the instructions.
