Is there a way to add a subtiltle under the charges/labor and have it show up under group?

No, like when I am charging a labor ticket, I want to be able to have a section where I can show weekend or late night charges. These charges have a different rate that normal day to day activities.

Thanks for the clarification. I think I better understand what you mean, however, there is no way to group the items in sections in the list when using the pull-down menu. What may help is that this list is sorted by the Item Code field.

What you can do is give these items a similar Item Code prefix which will make them be displayed together in the list. This way you will see the group (you can also make the item code meaningful in this respect, so you will find the items easily).
