Ctrl+C

Hi,

I've noticed on several occasions when using Ctrl+C to copy information from CommitCRM to another application, it fails to copy the selected data. If I right-click and choose Copy, the copy works. Is this a known issue?

Hi Nick,

I'm not sure I have encountered this before, however, perhaps it has something to do with the cursor focus at the time of the copy. Make sure the cursor is in the field which you are trying to copy from. In any case, I forwarded this to our QA team to have a look. Thanks.

I just ran across that yesterday as well. Unfortunately I cannot remember which function Ctrl+C did not work in.
