when creating a charge from the charges window (or moving a charge from another account/ticket), the ticket drop down list shows ALL open tickets when it should only show tickets that are open for the selected accoutn... this is incredibly time consuming because we have to switch to the account window, look up the open tickets for that particular account, find the right ticket, note the number, switch back to the charge, got to the drop down list and find the proper ticket... it would be sooooo much easier if the drop down list would just show open tickets for the selected account.
