Locating customers not recently contacted

We want to email / snail mail to prospects (and even customers) that we have not contacted in the last three months.

What's the best way to get a list of customers that we have not contacted in the last 3 months. We can look at each customer's history and see when the last ticket, charge, history note, etc. is. But that is no good if you have to go through hundreds of accounts.

That sounds like a great idea! I will pass it on for further review. I do not think there is a trivial way to filter the account list to show you this at the moment. I guess each account manager should currently go over their accounts history and review the activity.

This sounds like a very good idea, I use a similar function currently in my no obsolete crm and it proves very useful.
