The ''''Interface Not Supported'''' error usually comes from a broken Office installation and repairing Office fixes it as it installs the Outlook integration components again.

In addition, in case using the Office 365 (cloud) version of Outlook then there's a patch offered by Microsoft that should help. If this is the case - Please carefully extract all files included in [http://www.commitcrm.com/downloads/Outlook_2013_C2R_fix.ZIP this file] and then -
 
If you are using a 32 bit version of Outlook 2013 on a 64 bit OS double click - 
Outlook2013_C2R_32_on_64.reg 
 
In all other cases (32 bit Outlook 2013 on a 32 bit OS or 64 bit Outlook on a 64 bit OS) double click
Outlook2013_C2R.reg
