NOTE: when switching from CommitCRM-QuickBooks Desktop Link to CommitCRM-QuickBooks Online Link it is important to avoid creation of duplicate Accounts and Items in CommitCRM and QuickBooks Online, if the both systems already contain these records. Therefore importing all customers and items records from QuickBooks Online is NOT recommended as it may create a lot of duplicate records in CommitCRM.
NOTE: As you already have all your customers and items record in CommitCRM and, probably, in QuickBooks Online you should match CommitCRM records with QuickBooks Online records instead of importing the records. Iporting the records in this case will only create duplicates in your database and therefore it should be avoided.
