New in RangerMSP 5.2: Quick Edit and View Links to the Web Interface in Emails

We’ve added a direct link to view and edit entities via the Web Interface module to help you save time and streamline your work. Emails sent from within the RangerMSP client or by the Alerts Server add-on module now contain direct View and Edit links to the entity via the Web Interface module.

how do I change this IP from the 127.0.0.1 to something that actually works on my techs email whether at his workstation or using a smart phone?

We are hosting the CommitCRM on the server and are using the client install on workstations

Thanks for asking. You should edit file \RangerMSP\WebInterface\RangerMSPWebInterface.ini and at the end of the file add the following token:

ServerIP=<you-server-Web-IP-address-goes-here>

Save.
Restart RangerMSP Web Interface - AND - RangerMSP Server services on your server. Done!
