    Restrict Syncing of Outlook contacts for specific users/employees

    Is there a way to restrict user/employees from syncing to their outlook contacts and also prevent them from enabling that option in preferences? We still want to be able to sync calendars/appts. Thanks.

    Hi Justin,

    Once you've disabled the contacts sync in the Options window, there is no other way to enforce the issue.
    For now, it is best to back this with procedure. You should instruct your employees not to enable this option.
    This can be done in the Tools > Options > Outlook tab. Also each user can choose to sync account or appointments or tasks.
