Custom Report looses asset fields

We are new to Commit, and have created a few custom reports using the copy and design process as recommended. When we copy a TICKET based report with asset information, the original system report works fine, the COPY looses all links with the asset information. The fields are on the report, but they do not print out. Go back to original sys report on the same ticket and the asset prints as expected.

This seems like a bug, or are we missing something?

Thanks for posting this.
We think that this behavior is due to an known issue when copying the report. We have some discussion with another customer of outs, where we suggested a work around for this.
