We're interested in the email connector portion ofCommitCRM. What I want to know is if this will allow for true email tracking? The way it works now is if we send an email from Commit, that email gets stored in the ticket it was sent from, but any subsequent replies do not, unless you remember to drag them in. From my understanding, the connector will allow all replies that go back and forth from that original email from the ticket will get stored in there. Can you confirm or deny?

Yes, the new Email Connector (RangerMSP 5.3 and above) automatically manages the entire Ticket Email Thread and files all emails going from and to the customer under the Ticket automatically, you will also see the actual email messages text within the Ticket and will not always need to open the original email message in order to read email.
