    3rd Party Add-ons

I noticed that there is now a dedicated forum for the InterLink 3rd party add-on. While I appreciate that there is a company that is developing tools to tie in with Commit, I hope that CommitCRM isn't going to be relying on others to develop things that I believe should come from them directly.

I think that a mobile client and updates to the web portal are important. But I also think that these are the kinds of things that we pay maintenance to CommitCRM for. Now I'm not saying that CommitCRM isn't going to be developing their own updates but I at least wanted to voice this.

    Re: 3rd Party Add-ons

    ascendnet,

Thank you for posting this. I think you're raising a good point here.

InterLink for RangerMSP is a Third Party solution that uses the RangerMSP APIs. They've spent a lot of time and resources on their solution and the company behind it uses RangerMSP for their own IT services business.

We always try to help our customers and partners. The new third party RangerMSP forum was added to keep this forum organized and to create a clear separation between a third-party add-on and RangerMSP.

We are RangerMSPted to our customers and will continue to develop and introduce features based on the demand from our user base. This is what made us successful until today and this is what we're going to continue to do. I think that this doesn't conflict with any third party developments that add value and offer nice features and options which are complimentary to RangerMSP.

    Thanks,
    Sherry
