How do I add an extra field to charges, which have a database calculation attached.


Fx.

Field1 = Price + 20% ?

Custom fields cannot be added to Charges.
They can be added to Accounts, Tickets, Contracts, Assets, Sales Opportunities, and more. In any case custom fields are of a specific type - Date, text, drop down list, Account selection, etc. at this time they cannot be calculations on existing data fields. For this you will need to use our open API or the included advanced exporting options to have full access to the database and perform any calculations you may need in Excel or any third party reporting engine (such as Crystal Reports).
