I have hidden the "Notes" tab in Web interface from the customer since we are using this tab for internal employee only to use as reference purpose. I have started using the "Notes" tab for internet purpose and "History Note" for customer and employee. However, the old ticket, we have information in the "History Note" that we need to move to "Notes" tab but there are many to do and will take time. Is there a way in Web interface to only show from January 2011 ticket and onward before we implement to the client?
