    How do you edit the inbox?

    How do you edit categories in this inbox. It can be found in Tickets.

    This list represents the Ticket Status values.

    Each Ticket can be assigned to any of these statuses - either by selecting the Status in the field found under the Ticket details window or simply by dragging it from the Tickets list and dropping it on the left side pane that displays the Status values, as seen in the screenshot you attached.

    You can customize the values to modify their names by visiting Tools > Options > Tickets (Admin) tab.
    Click 'Customize Status Values' and you're done. You may need to re-open the Tickets window or log in again to RangerMSP client.
