It would be helpful to be able to add entries to the drop down forms in the Web interface.
For example, we like to put the clients first name in the dear field, so we can address the client by first name: ie: Dear April: Allowing free form text in this field would be great. It appears it can be done in the client app, but not the web app.
Other fields this would be useful is the City field. Additionally custom fields 1 .. 2. 3.. etc. Account Number, Region etc.
Also useful if Administrators can edit / add the field selections in the drop down.
