One ticket pr. year.

Hi,

I have a task I have to do every year. re-occurring
I want CommitCRM to create a ticket this task.
What is best practice for this ?

The best would be to create a recurring Task in RangerMSP, write the description in the Task, link it to the relevant Account etc.
Then, each year when the Task is due simply right click it and convert it into a Ticket, all of the Task details (like the Account and Description fields) will be automatically copied to the newly created Ticket.
