Outgoing Email Display Name

Good afternoon,

How can we change the outgoing email display name from CommitCRM to our customers. It is default to 'Support', although does show our email address in brackets afterwards.

Thank you for posting this.

Carefully edit the following file:

<server>\RangerMSP\Server\CmtEmailConnector.ini

Locate this token:

ResponseFromName=Support

Modify Support to any name you like.
Save the file.
Restart RangerMSPServer service on your server.

Important: Please do NOT modify anything else except for the value of this token.
