    Ticket is closed, what if new email arrives

    Hi Commit,

    If I close a ticket, what happens if new mail arrives for this ticket.
    Normally, it will appears on the ticket list, with a symbol showing that there is "news" information in the ticket.

    But what happens when the ticket is closed, will it re-appear in the ticket list when there is "news" ?

    The ticket will automatically enter the Tickets Inbox, its Status won't change but like with any external update (by email, using the customer Web portal, external app with the RangerMSP API, etc.) it will go to the Tickets Inbox.
