    Remove Pending from Web Interface

    Hi

    Is there a way to show only the ticket without the pending information when viewing from a web interface?

    By default the Pending is displayed but we may be able to customize it for you. Can you please elaborate on your requirement here and why you do not want to see the Ticket related pending information when navigating into the Ticket's details page?

      Sometimes we do not want the web user (client) to view pendings that was created from an calendar entry. What we enter in a ticket is fine for the client to view, but pending information is for our internal use and may not reflect correctly the job hours

        Thanks for the info. We can help here and provide you with a template that will not show the pending section to customers in the customer Web portal. Please email us at Support @ ... and we will reply with the details.
