We use both CommitCRM CRM and CommitCRM Web Interface. This tickets printed out of the web are formatted differently than CRM. How can we make both forms look the same. We actually like the look of the web forms better.

Re: Web Interface
Using the Web interface you can print the HTML based tech forms, or - you can print to PDF any of the technician service form you design in RangerMSP Windows app - both system forms and ones you customized yourself.
If you like the Web design simply copy one of the Windows client formats and customize it to your needs (similar to the Web design) using the report designer.

Re: Web Interface
When printing tech forms from RangerMSP you will see the different format (you can print them from the Tickets Window). Then, then copy the one that is the closest to the design you want it to be and apply the changes to your customized report using the designer. Please review the manual for all details.

Re: Web Interface
Here is our problem. We can see all the different ticket formats available in the ticket report screen. We cannot find the one that comes close to matching the one that is printed out from the web interface. The web format is very different. Does the web interface have its own template?

Re: Web Interface
The Web interface has a few Web based (HTML) formats for this, the Windows client offers many more (which are all also accessible from the Web). You may need to perform the relevant changes while in the designer, select the format that is close - as possible - to what you want to achieve so you will need to do as minimum changes as possible.

Re: Web Interface
HTML templates for the Web cannot be used in the Windows client. You can only design one of the (many) templates that exists in the app.
