Can we integrate an Indian SMS Gateway provider to our commitcrm so that we can send any important information like address or contact number to the technician directly . That feature will greatly help in the field service rather than an email.

Hi Pavan, thank you for posting this. Using Online Services feature you can most likely connect to your SMS Gateway to send such information. The only requirements would be for the SMS Gateway to support and offer a sending API that can be structured as a standard URL. This is very common.

Besides, you may consider using our API to write a program that does just this, however, usually the Online Services feature works.
