Hi guys, it would be great if the outlook calendar sync included a URL link in the body of the appointment to quickly access the associated ticket from mobile devices.

Thank you for suggesting this. Very interesting. I guess that it is very similar to how the system works with email alerts that include these direct links (as well as with custom Email Templates).

Exactly it would make life easier for on sites technicians as they could access the ticket with a direct link from their ipads/iPhone. Some of my non technical staff struggle with login in to the Web console and finding the correct ticket for the job their on
