Batch Copy Contracts

We have roughly 100 monthly contracts that we batch through to quickbooks once a month for billing. Every month, after running the batch copy we receive a text file of contracts that will not go through due to "duplicate contract codes". Out of 100 contracts this month 22 would not copy. At that point we have to copy each one of the 22 manually. If we are using the batch copy function and CommitCRM is assigning the codes, why are we getting this duplicate contract code issue. Any help would be appreciated

When batch renewing 100 contracts you should not have this duplicate code issue with 22 of them. This number is much higher than the norm. Please use the Help > Technical Support menu in RangerMSP to email us your RangerMSP log files with Outlook, AND, please also send us the list included in the text file that shows the duplicates, it should help us analyze the log files better.
